Vivid yellow-gold. Ripe peach, tangerine and honeydew aromas are complicated by notes of anise and smoky minerals. Stains the palate with spice-accented orchard and pit fruit flavors that are given spine and cut by tangy acidity. Dense yet lithe white Saint-Joseph with excellent finishing clarity and smoky, spicy persistence.
