Sterling
has had many recent requests for special bottles to celebrate special
occasions. It may be the vintage of a birth or a marriage, or a bottle to
commemorate graduation from college, or remembrance of a special event. Let us
know by e-mail of the vintage, the style of wine, the price parameters, and the
deadline for delivery. Give us some time, some inquiries may be filled from
Sterling’s extensive collection housed in a temperature and humidity controlled
environment, some bottles we may need to seek elsewhere, in all cases we will
do our best to satisfy your request in a timely manner. A special bottle makes
for a special gift.
From the East of the
Putnam County New York:
Travel Interstate 84 West to exit 19, Route 312, Carmel. Turn right at the
light at the end of the exit ramp. Follow Rt. 312 to traffic light at Rt. 6.
Turn right at light and follow Rt. 6 (it will take a sharp left at light (three
way stop with a lake directly in front of you) for approximately 10 miles.
Landmarks you will pass include: Mahopac Fire Department on your left; Mahopac
Library on your right; Mahopac U.S. Post Office on your right; approximately ½
mile beyond the Post Office you will see The Mahopac Village Center on your
left. Sterling Cellars is in located in the Mahopac Village Shopping Center to
the right of Hollywood Video and just to the left of the Party Fair.
From the North of the
Putnam/Westchester County Line:
Take the Taconic Parkway south to The Route 6 Exit, Peekskill and Mahopac (exit
following the Byrant Pond Rd. Exit). Travel to the bottom of the ramp and turn
left at the light. Continue east on Route 6 for approximately 5 miles (10 mins.
travel). Sterling Cellars will be on your right, just following the Putnam
County line. Sterling Cellars is in located in the Mahopac Village Shopping
Center to the right of Hollywood Video and just to the left of the Party Fair.
From the South of the
Putnam/Westchester County Line:
Take the Taconic State Parkway north to the Route 6 exit (just beyond the Route
132, Shrub Oak exit). Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp
and continue east on Route 6 for approximately 5 miles (10 mins. travel).
Sterling Cellars will be on your right, just following the Putnam County line.
Sterling Cellars is in located in the Mahopac Village Shopping Center to the
right of Hollywood Video and just to the left of the Party Fair.
From the West of
Putnam County, New York:
Take Route 287 East to the Taconic State Parkway North and follow the
directions From the South above.
